Abbie has been working with Rod and Ben’s on some exciting new projects including a little link up with Joules (a clothing brand that Abbie loves!) on their facebook page.  Rod and Ben’s offered up a veggie box to one lucky winner – all entrants had to do was describe how they got their little ones to eat their greens.  The winner, Ali Kennedy, creates a little Farm Yard scene for her children with the veg – as you can see in the pic. Ali loves making the little scenes so much she has even started doing it for herself!!

This weekend we welcomed Alex Mead, Editor of Food & Travel down to Dorset.  Iain Hemming, owner of Thyme & Tides deli in Stockbridge took Alex under his wing as part of his (soon to be launched) Deli Academy. Iain has all the experience and know-how to help people that would like to run their own deli bring their plans to fruition – and if there are more  fantastic delis like Thyme & Tides dotted around the country that’s no bad thing!

I made my directorial debut down in Blandford for Badger on Friday. It’s a short film on the development of the new brewery and it has received rave reviews so far (albeit only from Nickie!). I had considered showcasing it at Sundance Film Festival or even Cannes………. but in the end I just popped it up on the Badger YouTube channel!!
