Deli of the year

We are busy working with Olives Et Al on the build up to the Deli of the Year competition which was recently featured in the Daily Mail. The Olives Et Al team wants people to nominate themselves, their friends or just a memorable deli that has really impressed, so if you know of any great delis or in fact any good shops that have the deli attitude (you can find out what this is on the web site!) then enter here and shout about it!

Our work with the Harbour Hotels Group includes Rhodes South, Gary Rhodes’ restaurant located in the magnificent grounds of the Christchurch Harbour Hotel in Dorset. Gary has recently welcomed a new Head Chef to the restaurant, Michael Jennings (in the picture above). Michael and Gary will be featured in the Easter edition of Great British Food Magazine offering their own personal views of what Easter means to them. For a little more on Michael click here.

Nickie has been busy creating a very special Sett of guest bloggers for the Badger Sett Ale Club. Along with blogs from Toby the Head Brewer and the Badger, there will now be a monthly blog from a beer expert (we don’t just mean someone who enjoys drinking it, or I would do it!). To kick it off next week we have the Editor of the Campaign for Real Ale’s Beer Magazine and What’s Brewing, Tom Stainer. Over the coming months there will also be blogs from International Beer Judge, Melissa Cole,  Editor of  ‘The Beer Book’, Tim Hampson and award-winning beer writer and journalist Adrian Tierney-Jones to look forward to.

James.
