Wear it pink!

Cakes and bakers

Today was ‘wear it pink’ day to raise funds for breast cancer research, and in true Positive PR style we didn’t just wear it pink we ‘baked it pink’! Well when I say we I actually mean Hollie, Katie and Joanne, who all made delicious pink cup cakes, but I helped out with the eating! We all donated to wear it pink to do just that, and we also had a donation ‘swear box’ all week, to help raise even more. The box ensured that this week we turned the air pink instead of blue!

Wings for web

Brian Keene from Loders Motor Group presented Lynx helicopter Pilot Lieutenant Craig Holliehead with an Audi TT for the weekend for his hard work and determination during his training at RNAS Yeovilton. Loders has a long standing relationship with Yeovilton and this support has made for some great photos – click here  to see some more.

Dan Wood

Dan Wood from Blackacre Farm Eggs was at Heart FM in Taunton yesterday being interviewed about the work that Blackacre has done to support the Have a Heart Charity. The interview will be up on Heart FM’s website soon, so we will add a link on here when it is. Dan assured us that he did a great job so we even let him have some cup cakes. Well, they were made with his eggs!

Last Saturday Joanne was at the Great Big HUGE Dorset Feast at Olives Et Al and also Bite the Lighthouse in Poole – two great food events and more local produce than you could shake a stick at!   See one young visitor enjoying his Denhay Bacon buttie!
