We have been working in recent weeks to help Andy Woodward, Chief Executive of Farm Stay UK enter a bid for the Countryside to be the City of Culture in 2013 – Farm Stay believes that the countryside has just as much to offer culturally as any city in the UK, which is the point he made on the Today programme on Radio 4 – Andy even managed to convince art critic Brian Sewell. Not only was ‘the countryside’ featured on Radio 4 it also made the front page of  The Guardian, not to mention the Western Morning News and Farmers’ Weekly.

Last weekend we had a great time at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair tasting so many foods we thought we’d burst – whilst supporting our clients, Olives Et Al, House of Dorchester and The Seed Company.

See DanBack in Dorset Joanne went along to The Potting Shed at Poundbury to say hello – there was a special supper for a lovely group of friends from Poundbury, and Simeon came along to talk about his cheese! Simon came along to talk about his wine, and Simon (another one!), Dan and Lucy served up fabulous Olives Et Al tapas and big platters of charcuterie.  See Dan …….. and his lovely little hat!
